Once they have finished the course, we send their 10% back and your count goes up by one. A referral counts on completion, so a refunded enrollment or a no-show does not count and the cash-back is not paid. One code per member, tied to your email, and referrals must be new students, so no self-referrals and nobody in your household. We may change or end the program, and any seat you have already earned will be honored.

The 12-Hour Initial Security Guard Training is approved by the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission, and your certificate of completion is issued the day you finish. Certification is a separate step, issued by the Maryland State Police and only to someone employed by, or applying for employment with, a licensed security guard agency or a security guard employer. Rewards is a training program: it is not job placement, and it does not change that requirement.
