Our Story
Founded in 2015, Wall2Wall Security Care Team began with a simple mission: to provide Maryland with security training and services that meet the highest professional standards.
What started as a commitment to excellence in Security Guard Certification has grown into a full-spectrum security partner: MCA cannabis security guidance and staff training, security consulting, and licensed private investigation.
Our team brings together decades of combined experience in law enforcement, military intelligence, and professional training. We don't just teach security, we live it.
Today we remain the go-to partner for organizations across Maryland seeking reliable, compliant and comprehensive security, and for the individuals who want to build a career in it.

Approved, licensed, accountable
Every service we offer is backed by an approval or license.
MCA Security Guidance
We advise on MCA security requirements and train your security staff. We are not MCA-certified. The MCA is the only body that certifies or approves.
MPCTC Certified Instructors
Our instructors are certified by the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission to deliver the 12-Hour Initial Security Guard Training and the 8-Hour Continuing Security Training.
MPCTC Authorized Training Provider
Authorized by the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission to deliver its approved courses. Certification is issued by the Maryland State Police.
Licensed Private Detective Agency
Licensed to carry out professional investigative work in Maryland.

We work with businesses, churches, schools and nonprofits across Maryland, and with the people who want to join the profession.
Across Maryland
We serve clients throughout the state, with the greatest concentration around Baltimore and the central Maryland corridor.
Our training classes run live online, so you can train with us from anywhere in Maryland without traveling. We also hold in-person sessions, and for a group we travel to your location.

Take the first step toward a career in security, or protect your organization with our expert consulting. Finish the course and your certificate of completion is issued the same day. The Security Guard Certification itself is a separate step, issued by the Maryland State Police to someone employed by, or applying to, a licensed security guard agency.
